Shop Class's latest tool upgrade is the addition of a Powermatic 20" spiral head planer. Ryan gave it a test run with a hardwood lamination utilizing the entire width.
Reported smooth and flat on the outfeed side. Aside from the added capacity (our old one was a 15"), the new planer is much quieter.
